It has been a WHILE since we’ve done a guess this doughnut post! Be the first to guess the doughnut in this picture and win 1 FREE doughnut of your choice. A hint: it’s a flavor combination that we’ve done before but this time with a flavored cream instead of glaze and topped with shortbread crumbles. It will be on our next menu starting September 17th!

If a Carvel ice cream cake was a doughnut! Brioche doughnut filled with Oreo and sprinkle buttercream topped with a blue buttercream rosette, cookie crunchies and more sprinkles. Available until September 13th!

Thanks to everyone who participated in guessing our theme for this week! We had lots of great guesses but the winner rolled in about 20 seconds after we posted the picture of the doughnut. Our theme is BACK TO SCHOOL and we can’t wait for you to try! (Espresso toffee is a back to school necessity for the parents, obviously!) Congrats to Mads for being the first person to guess correctly! We open tomorrow at 8am 🍩 ✏️ 📓

09/01/2026

Our next menu debuts tomorrow but TODAY we are giving you the opportunity to guess its theme! The doughnut pictured here is called Circus Cookie and it’s a sugar cookie glaze topped with a frosted circus cookie and non-pareil sprinkles. Guess the theme correctly and win a $15 gift card to Sleeping Bird Doughnuts. The first to guess wins OR whoever comes closest by the end of the day.
