Customer created Crispy Chicken Caprese. We also like the Caprese with grilled chicken or capicola. Or keep it the way it is with melted cheese, tomato, roasted red pepper, fresh basil, and a drizzle of balsamic reduction. Basically an adult grilled cheese!
