Congratulations to our October Ref of the Month, 𝙋𝙚𝙮𝙩𝙤𝙣, and Employee of the Month, 𝙆𝙖𝙧𝙞! 🥁🎉

𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵: 𝗣𝗲𝘆𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗹 🏐

Ref of the month for October:

Peyton gets the spotlight as our Referee of the Month for October.

We chose Peyton this month because reffing at Capt’n Bill’s is not all about obscure rule knowledge and decisive whistling. We like staff with personality that you all will remember once you leave, maybe even seek out the next week. A lot of folks come through here and learn the rules but smiles on faces is the main goal…the BHAG…the big enchilada…the primary objective, and Peyton rocks the socks in the department. We get praise (it’s like a reverse complaint) about her weekly and it’s a no-brainer that she gets the golden whistle this month.

Peyton is actually a second-generation referee and has been out here with her family since the dawn of her time. With the time spent at Capt’n Bill’s growing up, she reflects the vibe here perfectly. We are so incredibly lucky to have her on the staff, please give her a shout out when you see her next.

𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵: 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝗶 💙

One of the best parts of having a great team is watching someone come in, put their head down, and really find their place. That’s exactly what Kari has done since joining our kitchen crew this Spring.

From day one, she’s brought ServSafe knowledge and a strong work ethic, but what’s impressed us most is her willingness to learn it all. She’s buckled down on every corner of our kitchen, stepped up wherever needed, and become someone her teammates genuinely count on. Watching her confidence grow has been one of our favorite things this season.

Outside of Bill’s, Kari is a mom to two boys, which means when she’s not here, she’s probably on a football sideline or out on the water fishing with them. 🎣🏈

On top of all that, she’s heading back to school to become an ultrasound technician, and we could not be more excited to see her chase that goal. 📚

Her Capt’n Bill’s order? The BBQ Sandwich.

Kari, we see your hard work, your dependability, and the heart you bring every shift. We’re so glad you found your way to us, and we’re incredibly proud to call you our October Employee of the Month! 👏
