Finally made it up here for food! Dont let the price deter you, its worse every penny. I had the brisket which was thick cut, with a nice crust all the way around. The coleslaw hand made , and great flavor profile. The fries were perfectly seasoned. Now for the bbq sauce, im one that like a variety of bbq sauces, but the one thst they offer is phenomenal, and I was satisfied with just the one. Definitely give it a 10 and wish it was closer to home!

IT WENT SO WELL WE'RE DOING IT AGAIN. Second weekend in a row - ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT BABY BACK RIBS, $34.99 a person, Friday through Sunday.

Last weekend the ribs went fast. So this week we're filling the smoker.

More racks on the pit. Same price. Same slow oak smoke, same dry rub, coming off all day long. Baked potato and creamed corn included, and a full bar to sit at while you work your way through them.

We still smoke a set number, and when they're gone they're gone - last week proved it.
