Dark Matter is a real crowd-pleaser. It hails from a small family-owned farm in the volcanic mountains of Nicaragua. Relatively low acid and easy to drink, we love it for its deep chocolatey richness. You may also pick up notes of brown sugar, star anise, nutmeg, and jasmine. ⁣⁠
