🍅🥓 THIS IS IT… THE LAST FEW DAYS OF BLT SEASON! 🥓🍅

We wait all year for tomatoes like these—and once they’re gone, the BLT is gone too.

Big, red, ripe, ridiculously juicy tomatoes. Crispy bacon. Toasted brioche. Duke’s mayo, sauce gribiche, red onion and watercress.

It’s gloriously sloppy, five-napkin, maybe-bring-an-extra-T-shirt delicious.

These things have been flying out of the kitchen, and for good reason. This is summer on a plate—and you only get a few more days to experience it.

And when tomato season ends… so does this sandwich.

Our BLT is big, juicy, gloriously sloppy and completely unapologetic. Peak-season red ripe tomatoes, piles of crispy bacon, toasted brioche, Duke’s mayo, sauce gribiche, red onion and watercress.

This is the kind of sandwich that requires five napkins… maybe a new T-shirt… and absolutely no regrets.

Summer gives us some pretty incredible things, but they don’t last forever. This one only happens once a year.

Our Host is one of the most important people in the restaurant — the first hello and the last goodbye.

You’ll create a warm and welcoming first impression, assist guests both on the phone and in person, manage reservations and seating, and help coordinate the flow of the dining room to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

As I drove around the sleepy seaport towns along the coast of New England, a stop in Mystic Conn. interested me into a slice of Mystic Pizza (great movie) and it introduced me to a delicious oyster. The “Mystic” grown in the Mystic river where the freshwater of the upstream tributaries meet the saltwater of the Atlantic Ocean. They have a briny punch at the beginning and the sweet finish is perfect. What an amazing oyster.

🍅 TOMATO SEASON… IN A MARTINI GLASS. 🍸
Brian took one of summer’s greatest gifts and turned it into a cocktail that tastes like August.

Vodka shaken with fresh tomato water, olive juice & balsamic bitters, poured ice-cold into a martini glass and finished with drops of vibrant basil oil.
Then comes the garnish: tomato, olive & mozzarella, a drizzle of balsamic glaze and just the right touch of seasoning.

Light. Fresh. Savory. Herbaceous. And unmistakably summer.

The Tomato Martini , because tomato season deserves a toast. 🍅🌿🍸
