🎉🥖 HAPPY 3RD BIRTHDAY TO HOLMES HOAGIES! 🥖🎉

Today marks 3 YEARS since we opened the doors to Holmes Hoagies! 🙌🏾

What started as an idea has turned into something bigger than we could’ve imagined, and it’s all because of YOU , our customers, our community, our staff, family and friends who continue to support us.

Every order, share, recommendation, review and person who walked through our doors helped us get here, and we never take any of it for granted. 🙏🏾

We’re proud of how far we’ve come, but we also know there’s still a lot of work to do. So we won’t be doing too much celebrating — just taking a moment to be thankful, stay humble and appreciate the journey.

3 years down and we’re just getting started. 💪🏾🥖

We’ve implemented an AI phone agent to help take orders and answer most questions when we’re too busy to answer or when we’re closed.

You do not have to use it , you can always ask for a human or call us back. This is not about replacing anyone’s job, just another way for us to be innovative and make sure we’re answering as many calls as possible.

As we are coming up on our 3rd year at the Philly pike Wilmington De location—-Just want to take a moment to show appreciation to all of our continued customers who keep coming back, spending their hard-earned money with us, telling people about us, and supporting our business. We truly appreciate every single one of you. ❤️

One thing I’ve learned in business is that everybody isn’t going to like your food, your service, or even your business. And that’s okay. Sometimes people will have something negative to say, give you a bad review, or try to give your business a bad name.

But I’ve also learned something else: even bad publicity can introduce you to new customers. If 100 people see something negative and 5 of them decide to come try us for themselves—and 3 become regular customers—we still gained something.

We don’t expect to please everybody. We just focus on putting out a good product, correcting things when we’re wrong, getting better every day, and appreciating the people who continue to choose us.

At the end of the day, the love and continued support always outweigh the negativity.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support Holmes Hoagies. Whether you’ve been rocking with us from day one or just found us, we appreciate you. 💯🥖 and I would also like to thank JL Jupiter for what he done for the business 💙

I have the best staff in the world today we had to get 107 hoagies ready for the special Olympics at the Delaware women’s prison , 4 trays for Skadden law firm and 5 trays for Umar F White Davis for the State of Delaware DSCYF meeting for a total of 161 all before opening and got it done by 10:30..
