Oysters on the Half Shell with cocktail sauce, horseradish, shallot mignonette, and lemon, featuring Core Sounders NC and Carolina Sweets NC

Hamachi Crudo with cucumber, shaved fennel, citrus supremes, pistachio, dill, and lemon

Kataifi Shrimp with whipped spicy feta, roasted pepper oil, crispy capers, and chives

Wild Caught Sable, 6oz charred and finished in a traditional clay pot with slow cooked tomatoes, red pepper, fennel, sweet onions, Kalamata olives, and fresh herbs

Oysters on the Half Shell
Core Sounders and Carolina Sweets from our NC coastline, served ice cold with cocktail sauce, horseradish, shallot mignonette, and a squeeze of lemon. Simple and briny, the way oysters should be.

Grape Leaf Tuna
NC yellowfin wrapped in grape leaf, finished with orange vinaigrette, shaved fennel, toasted pistachios, and microgreens. Bright citrus and a little crunch against the richness of the fish.

Lamb Meatballs
Slow simmered in cumin tomato sauce, topped with aromatic Greek yogurt, herb oil, and microgreens. Warm spice, cool yogurt, the kind of dish that asks for bread to mop up the sauce.

Pastitsio
Beef bolognese layered with bucatini, béchamel, tomato, and Graviera. Baked until golden on top, comfort food with a Greek accent.
