Dear Wilmington Family,
It has come to our attention that a former employee posted an alleged video about us this morning and due to the slanderous nature, I feel that we need to address this. Here are some bullet points to give context to this
- This employee worked for us from September 2nd, 2025, thru April 1st, 2026 so I find posting this alleged video over 5 months later to be quite odd
- For those seven months that he was employed by us he often promoted our business and product, even making a few videos. I posted one below to prove such
- Someone anonymously called the health department on us 2 or 3 times shortly after this associate was no longer employed by us and the health department found zero of the allegations made against us to be credible
- If fact, our health department scores are matter of public record and our scores are as follow
- July 8th, 2026 grade 95
- March 31st, 2026 grade 96
- December 3, 2025 grade 97
- August 28th, 2025 grade 95
- May 19th, 2025 grade 98
Being in this business for over 15 years this is the first time I've had to take to social media to defend one of our businesses. I pray that whatever has angered this young man that he can somehow find peace with it. We are going to continue to feed our community, and we love each and every one of you who has and continues to support us!!!!
