Huge thank you to Rival Bros Coffee for the private tour of their roasting facility a few weeks ago. We have been doing business with Rival since our coffee truck days back in 2017 and could not imagine a better coffee partner!

Starting today, our vanilla brown sugar cardamom flavor is getting a change. We are removing the cardamom and boosting the vanilla. You’ll still get a sweet and delicious homemade syrup but with a major flavor bump and the same molasses flavor from the brown sugar! Great in any drink but especially great in our matcha which we recently changed to a ceremonial grade matcha from Rival Bros Coffee and we think you’ll notice the difference in quality!

The Gemini is a tiramisu shaken espresso made with homemade vanilla syrup, espresso, a splash of oat milk, and a whipped mascarpone cream topped with cocoa powder.
