Here’s the story behind the ‘Ghostface Fillah’ aka the only holdover from Crust. As a restaurant group, one of our favorite sandwiches from Wilmington was always the Beef on Weck from College Deli. When that place closed, like many of you, we were reeling. We needed our fix!!! So we got in the lab, turned up Wu Tang Clan radio and came out with a grilled cheese version. It’s been an absolute slayer for us since.
