Steak Night was a success. This was some of the best meat to come off the smoker (sorry brisket) and out of the kitchen and really gave us a chance to stretch our culinary roots and try something new.

Steak Night Menu:
Smoked then grilled bone-in ribeye plated over a balsamic rosemary glaze, topped with garlic herb butter and a side of chimmichuri. Served with garlic mashed potato and a roasted vegetable medley.
