We have the ability to tailor our food to individuals’ preference at the time of the event and use creativity and interpersonal connections to develop relationships

with our customers. We cook a wide variety of food with individual tailoring at the time of the event. Our general food choices consist of wood fired oven pizza, delicious salads, smoked ribs, chicken, sautéed pasta bars, burger bars, clam bakes, pulled pork taco bars, steaks, tenderloins and much much more!
