We opened our doors in 1988, in the "caboose" of the old Country Mall, with just a few sandwiches and salads on our menu. Since then we have relocated, expanding both our establishment and our menu. We have become famous for having the best sandwiches in the area. Jill Persico, along with our amazing Loose Caboose staff, pride themselves on always serving quality food, having excellent customer se

rvice and making sure your dining experience is memorable. We offer incredible hot sandwiches, homemade soups, creative salads and specials that change daily. We serve a large array of drinks including both beer and wine. Kids and adults alike think our old fashion milkshakes are out of this world. You can either enjoy your lunch inside our Tuscan inspired dining room or out on our enchanted heated patio. Make your next lunch stop The Loose Caboose Cafe and start creating your own memories. Join us in wishing Hailee a fond farewell!

As Hailee embarks on a new adventure, we want her to know just how much she will be missed here at the Loose Caboose. Her beautiful smile, great sense of humor, and bright personality brought so much joy and energy to the caboose.

We are so grateful for the time she spent with us and all the memories she helped create. While we’re sad to see her go, we are incredibly excited to see what this next chapter brings for her!

WATCH OUT, WILLITS! This week’s special is bringing the heat—and we’re calling it The Hot Italian!

We start with our bread brushed with garlic-infused olive oil, then pile it high with turkey, salami, red onions, and provolone cheese. For that extra kick, we add sliced pepperoncini, finish it with shredded lettuce, and drizzle it all with our house basil vinaigrette.

Most of you know him as Chuck... others lovingly call him Papa Chuck. No matter what you call him, one thing is certain—he's loved by so many.

Chuckie has been a huge part of the foundation of the Loose Caboose Cafe and, of course, the heart of our family. We are incredibly grateful for everything he does and for the joy he brings to everyone who walks through our doors.
