I’d like to explain a little about this year’s yuzu sales.

Yuzu harvest season is approaching again this year. The amount of yuzu we are able to harvest is very limited.

These yuzu are 100% Japanese yuzu, grown from seeds that originally came from a yuzu farm in Kochi, Japan. We have been growing these yuzu trees for more than 30 years.

Because this yuzu is so precious and limited, it is very important to us to decide carefully who we want to share it with and who will truly appreciate and make good use of it.

We have already committed this year’s yuzu to several established restaurants in the Bay Area, but we still have a little availability.

This year, we are considering giving priority to the restaurants and chefs who received and worked with our yuzu last year.
