Trying something new today !!! We are at sportsman’s warehouse with our portable trailer and tent! We will be open at 3pm and staying till sold out!

While we are trying this new transition we only have chips for a side.

Let us introduce our brisket. We slow smoke these beauties for about 20 hours on our real wood pit. We use pecan wood and a simple seasoning to let the smoke do the talking. It is hands down amazing on its own but our signature sassy sauce takes it to the next level if you choose to add it.
