Nikki's Kitchen I have started a breakfast business that provides fresh homemade breakfast to my Willis, Texas community. Im offering food that is healthy and delicious.

We are limited in the morning on what we have time to cook for our kids and ourselves. Hello and thank you for visiting my business page. My name is Nikki and I run a food trailer. Right now I make my famous BIBs (breakfast in a biscuit) because in my area there are no breakfast food trucks. I plan to expand my area of reach, but I am primarily in the Willis, Texas area. I hope to meet you at my next setup!

This Friday, I will be doing BIB orders, check the Menu below. I will also be doing power bowls.

Power Bowls will consist of:
1 cup of either fried potatoes or boudin, two eggs (fried or scrambled) and choice of 2 bacon or sausage. Cost 💲 9 each. These bowls are great for my NO Bread breakfast eaters.

Please DM me with your orders as I will not have extra bowls, only what is ordered 💕😘
