✨ 40 POUNDS. ✨

This month has looked a little different.

Schedule changes have completely thrown off my normal gym routine, and if I’m being real, the scale hasn’t been giving me the exciting little victories it has in other months. 😂

BUT… somewhere in the middle of the chaos, I officially hit 40 POUNDS DOWN. 🥹💪🏼

And that deserves to be celebrated.

This journey has reminded me that progress doesn’t stop counting just because it slows down. Some months I’m crushing workouts, sticking perfectly to my routine and watching the scale move. Other months, life requires more of me and I have to adjust.

The important part?

I didn’t quit just because my routine changed.

40 pounds didn’t disappear overnight. It came from choosing myself over and over again—even during the weeks when I couldn’t show up exactly how I wanted to.

So maybe the scale wins weren’t as big this month…

But FORTY FREAKING POUNDS feels like a pretty good win to me. 😏🔥

Here’s to adjusting, staying consistent where we can, giving ourselves grace where we need it, and JUST. KEEPING. GOING. 💙💪🏼

OFFICIALLY AN ACTIVE SUPERVISOR. 🥹💙

Reaching this goal built a little more character than I originally planned. 😂

The crazy part? I almost reached it before. I was SO close… and missed it simply because I didn’t do the math right. 🤦🏼‍♀️ There was no undo button, no “but I was almost there.” I had to start over.

So I did.

And this time around, life definitely didn’t make it easy.

This past month has been full of twists, turns, abrupt changes, and a whole lot of pivoting. We experienced two deaths within our family, along with personal situations that required my attention, my energy, and sometimes everything I had.

I actually reached this goal on the very last day.

And that day, of all days, I was crying on and off after being told my son’s aunt was declared brain dead. The entire day honestly feels like a blur when I think back on it.

But somehow, through all of it…

I DID IT.

Not because life suddenly got easier.
Not because the timing was perfect.
Not because I woke up motivated every single day.

I did it because I kept going.

I’ve learned that sometimes reaching a goal doesn’t look like confidently running across the finish line. Sometimes you’re crawling toward it while life is throwing things at you from every direction. 😅

And I think that makes this one mean even more.

I didn’t allow the hard days to stop me. I adjusted. I pivoted. I cried when I needed to. And then I kept moving.

So today I get to say it…

I’M OFFICIALLY AN ACTIVE SUPERVISOR! 🎉💙

And if there’s one thing this goal reminded me of, it’s something I’ve had to learn over and over again throughout my life:

You don’t have to have a perfect season to make progress. You just have to keep going. 💪🏼 Now back to the drawing board to plan out my next goals.

Happy Friday 💙

Sitting here at Creed Nutrition this morning and just feeling really grateful.

Grateful for this little space I get to call mine. Grateful for every person who has walked through these doors, shared a conversation, supported the shop, brought a friend, or simply stopped in to say hi.

Opening Creed was never just about making shakes and teas. It’s become a place where I’ve met so many incredible people and gotten to feel genuinely connected to this community.

There are definitely stressful days, long days, and days where owning a business feels a little crazy 😂 but then I look around and remember how lucky I am to be here.

Thank you for allowing Creed Nutrition to be a little part of your routines, your friendships, your families, and this community. 💙
