I am kind of confused and sad today. I am the person that cares so much to my customers. I have been doing business for more than ten years not restaurant only but other kinds too. All my customers know me very well who I am and how I take care of them and how much I love them. My customers are my priority. But today one of take out customers treated me so bad. He ordered 6 items but my fault was one of the orders instead of chicken I put in the system as vegetable. I didn’t realize till he called me. I told him can he can pick up now we can make for him another one with chicken. He said he can’t. I understand his lunch time was over so He can’t come. Usually I can send the food to customers by myself but I don’t have car with me today and I even came with Uber this morning. I apologized to him about my fault and I told him can I drop off the food or refund money today evening when I got my car. He didn’t accept. Then line was cut off and he called me back he said I hang up on him. I didn’t hang up on him. He was so mad and he didn’t want his food in the evening he wants his money back or he wants his food now. I tried to void his item only but the system let me void for whole check only. He was saying he will never order again. I don’t know what to offer him. He hang up on me. I called him 3 more times but he didn’t answer. I can offer is I can void the whole check and charge back except his order or I can drop off his food or his money $10.88 at evening. I feel so sad to happen this way. Well .... I guess today is not my day for sure. Peace everyone and love you all. Susu from FUZE
