We couldn't do what we do without our amazing and dedicated staff.

This down syndrome awareness month we want to do more than just spread awareness - we want to let people know just how much inclusion matters.

People with down syndrome deserve acceptance and true inclusion. That means being welcomed, valued, and included at school, in activities, on playgrounds, and throughout their communities.
Inclusion means more than simply being present; it means having the same opportunities to participate, make friends, learn, grow, and belong.

Let's teach our children to see differences as something to embrace, not something to separate from. Every person deserves to feel that they belong - because they do 💙💛

That being said, this month we will be spotlighting some of our favorite customers.
First up is Eliza. Eliza is 7 years old and the happiest, most lovable human you'll ever know. She embraces every human she meets with a huge smile and even bigger hug, whether it's at school, at a store, or the doctor's office. She even says thank you and gives hugs to the phlebotomist who just drew her blood!

Her mother says that "she has had 9 surgeries and countless blood draws in her short little life, as down syndrome can come with a long list of comorbities. But through all of that, she continues to the brightest ray of sunshine, spreading love wherever she goes.

We could all learn a lesson from her. Being her parents has been an absolute blessing and we celebrate her milestones every single day, no matter how small, because every milestone reached is another hurdle conquered."
