The Pita Place is a family-owned Mediterranean restaurant located in Williamsville, NY owned and operated by Elie Harfouche. Originally from Lebanon (hence the accent), Elie relocated to Buf

falo in 2007. The only boy among four sisters, Elie discovered his culinary talent at a very young age while working beside them in Lebanon. It has long been a dream of Elie to share the traditional food of his country with his customers. If you were to visit Lebanon, you would find an open kitchen environment just like The Pita Place with made to order Shawarma. You won’t find a more authentic Shawarma in WNY! Bringing this authenticity was the passion behind The Pita Place. With the help of his wife and close family friends, they crafted this menu with all people in mind. Vegan and gluten free options were important to include so that even those with food sensitivities can enjoy the traditional tastes of Lebanon! All the food served at The Pita Place is fresh, homemade (often by family!) and with top quality ingredients. In fact, you will find Elie’s children throughout the menu – several of the traditional favorites were named after his children, wife and mother. This is a labor of love for the Harfouche Family and you will “feel the love” in every bite!
