The lights are off, but the sun is shining in. We are closed for a family wedding, but we'll be back on Thursday, October 15. Hope to see you then.

We've had these for a minute, but they definitely need recognition. Both are from our friend and mother of our sous chef and dishwasher. Thank you, Dani!

We reopen on Thursday, October 15 after spending time with family and attending a wedding. Hope to see you then!

Okay, have you ever wondered why we have a sign that says, "ANUSTART?" Well, we had a plant that developed a disease and our friend tried to restart it for us. Anustart is a joke from the television show, Arrested Development.

As far as the butterfly in the plants, well an unknown plant fairy placed it there. We pretty much love it and are grateful they placed it there for all of us to enjoy.

We are closed this week to celebrate a family wedding. See you on the 15th!

We received these sheep salt and pepper shakers on Sunday from dear friends. We're close to having a full barnyard, although our chickens pour out the salt too quickly, and we don't have pigs or goats. So....😉.

We are off this week for a family wedding, returning on Thursday, October 15th. In typical fashion, Google won't allow us to say why we're closed, but we are doing our best to let you all know the specifics.

Enjoy what looks like a perfect autumn week of weather, and we'll see you on the flip side.

At the last minute, Reagan added the eyebrows 🤣.

This was from my tea latte yesterday. And it was perfect.

Good morning, Sunday! It's our Funday!! Come out to brunch today. We have biscuits and sausage gravy. And a new flavor of savory galette with buttercup squash, pear and Boursin cheese.

This is our last day before our fall break begins! So get your fix while you can because we'll be closed all of next week for a family wedding.

We accept call-ahead seating 15 minutes before your arrival at 518-242-1810.

is getting into the season with a cake.

Four layers of our diablo chocolate cake filled with pumpkin jam and pumpkin spice cream cheese icing. The cake is garnished with chocolate-molasses cookie crumb.

Now, a brief history of the rotten pumpkin name. Three years ago, it was our first October, and we were just creating our rotating drink special menu. Two of our servers combined our housemade pumpkin jam with our house mocha and then had fun making up a name.

So come in for a slice of cake or a rotten pumpkin mocha and celebrate autumn.

And your award for reading this far is to learn we're having a biscuit and gravy special this weekend 😉🩵🧡.
