We just want to say a huge thank you for your patience as we continue to perfect our process!
We’re still learning, adjusting, and finding our rhythm, and we’re incredibly grateful for everyone who has stopped in, supported us, and given our team a little grace along the way.
Each day we’re getting better, faster, and more comfortable behind the bar — and we appreciate you being part of these first few days with us.
Thank you, Williamston! We’re so happy to be here. ☕️

Our first day is officially in the books, and our hearts are full! ☕💚

Thank you to everyone who stopped by Birch & Bean today, shared kind words, left a review, or cheered us on. After months of getting ready, welcoming you through our doors meant so much to our family.

And before we even opened, you helped us reach 1,000 Facebook followers! Thank you for every follow, share, and encouraging comment—you helped spread the word and made us feel so welcomed.

Thank you, Williamston, for such a warm welcome! 🌿

A few favorite moments from our soft opening. 🤍☕

Seeing our family and friends gathered at Birch & Bean—and the kids making themselves right at home in Little Beans—made this place feel real in a whole new way.

Thank you to everyone who came by, tried a drink, shared a kind word, and helped us celebrate. Ashley and I are so grateful to have you in our corner. We can’t wait to welcome the rest of Williamston tomorrow! 🌿

We’re so proud of how Birch & Bean is coming together, and this little seating area has quickly become one of our favorite spots in the shop. We can’t wait to see these seats filled and finally welcome everyone inside. 💚
