Good Saturday morning Susquehanna Valley. Looks to be a good day to grab a pastry and a coffee or tea. A bit of a chat and then hit the great outdoors of North Central PA. Here's our part of the deal.

I was just chatting with one of our regulars. And he asked me where we get all of our specialty drink ideas from. The Rachel, Fireside Joy, Harvest Hug, Ginger Snap Cap, etc. And the answer is...from all kinds of sources. Customer ideas, family and staffers, and assorted food items that I think I can make a drink version of. The Backhouse truly is a community space. And we appreciate that as much as you guys.
