It's unfortunate to need to make a post like this at any point in owning any kind of business but I want all customers new, past, current, and future to hear this straight from me.
I love this town. I was born and raised here graduated from this great town my partner in crime / beautiful wife did as well. We moved away for a few years and still came back. We took a leap in June and decided to open Jax's Place Sandwiches and More. We had little to no money to get it up and going just the support of great family and some really close friends. We work everyday ( both us working other full time jobs. all well raising our awesome family. We opened this because we both have a love for feeding people and making people happy and we saw a thing we thought the town would love.
We have poured our hearts and souls into this place as long with every penny we have.
I have been around small and big business my whole life. One thing we all know is no one is perfect. I personally worry every minute that I have disappointed someone or haven't exceeded someone's expectations.
I will say it a hundred times I love feeding people
I think every business owner can agree with me when I say if as humans we don't meet your expectations call us (315)904-4026 I will give my last dime away or last piece of bread to make a customer happy. We like anyone hate to hear that we have disappointed or done something wrong but I can tell you one thing if you call here or stop here I will make it right or my wife will no question asked.
If you were in on Friday 9/18 and your expectations were not met. I will take the blame I was out for the day and my WIFE BUSTED HER A** with absolutely no help. She did the best she could in a position she rarely has to fill all the while scared and nervous as all get out that she upset people and made the business look bad.
WE ARE FAMILY OWNED AND RUN AND WILL BE THAT WAY UNTIL WE CAN AFFORD TO HIRE.
