Congratulations to Karlous Hubert and team Jefferson on re-certifying Phase II. Karlous and team have done an excellent job completing the certification process through ensuring a great environment for development of managers and team. This restaurant has an admirable 18 We Learn score that shows with the positional ex*****on of the entire team. Through Karlous’s leadership she has maintained a clean restaurant (Winner of our White Glove), maintained a green VOC and developed her managers to become strong leaders! We look forward to all of the great people to come from the Jefferson Wendy’s location!!!

Congratulations to Julia Brown and the entire Busch team on achieving Wen GAP’s first “A” level OE inspection last night. Julia and team did a fantastic job last night displaying strong leadership from the entire management team, an exceptionally clean restaurant, and a MY WENDY’S culture that lifted them up to an A! SOS was a respectable 116 for DP4 while all crew members ensured that while quickly serving there guests that each product was HOT, FRESH, and MADE to Wendy’s standards! I can say that from the PUW to the front counter that each team member thanked each guest upon all transactions! I specifically saw Dante do a GREAT job ensuring that his customers in the dinning room were taken care of! Last night was no show and all business! These behaviors are the foundation for building a strong culture to Delight Each Guest!

Wen GAP paid out a very well deserved $20 cash to each crew member and $100 to Julia Brown the ops leader for achieving A level OE. Who will be the next to be paid???? Who will earn the next “A”?

This has been our first year of exchange students and we are sad to see them go from our Williamsburg Restaurants. We would like to thank all of the exchange students this year for all of the hard work and dedication! We look forward to many more great friendships, experiences, and learnings from our international family at Wen GAP.

GM Appreciation Day! Store of the year 2014 and GM of the Year Julia Brown. Congrats to Jaime Richmond for being promoted to our newest board member. Congrats to Karlous Hubert for winning the first two quarters Cut Above contest. Congrats to Carol Heard, Grant Gomes, Melissa Whitt, Debbie Woods, Kim Cooke, Charles Greene, Tekisha Mercier, and Karlous Hubert for being GREEN in VOC for year to date!
