teran owned by husband and wife team, Calvin and Cathy Ferguson. Calvin hails from a family of 10 brothers and sisters and had to learn to cook early in life and for a lot of hungry mouths and is one of the main reasons I said yes when proposed to. Smart woman, right? We have retired from nine to five jobs and are pursuing our dream of making awesome food. Calvin is the creator of the menu and dedicated much time to coming up with selections he would be proud to make. He particularly enjoys learning about and cooking sandwiches that originated in other areas of the world and wants to bring them locally to be enjoyed. I have adopted Calvin's vision and joined him in serving the community. Together we came up with “Tin Tub” because we felt we found a tin tub to convert into a mobile business and here we are. Tin Tub Food Truck is an "eclectic" rolling grill, spotlighting sandwiches with an Asian, French, Vietnamese and American flare. We serve fun, exotic food in an upbeat, energetic atmosphere that caters to foodies and Calvin and I look forward to being at a venue near you soon.
