It’s been a great Summer for us, besides the heat, and A/C issues, and unforeseen expenses here and there. So we thank you for always making us your spot for real NY style pizza.

The Upside Down Sicilian.
It’s a cheese pie, but flipped. We melt Grande mozzarella directly onto the crust, then cover it with our homemade tomato sauce, and Pecorino Romano cheese.
By reversing the layers, you get a totally different flavor profile—and a perfect, crispy crunch—A N.Y. staple that more of Williamsburg needs to try!

Williamsburg…Absolutely nuts yesterday. Just when I thought a record day couldn’t be topped, you go and crush it.
Thanks so much for your endless support. And I have to give a huge shout out to the crew here. Matt, Aedan, Luca, Tavis, and Dre. Handling a very busy day smoothly is not easy, so thanks guys.

Have you tried our Pickle Pizza with hot honey? It’s a flavor explosion 💥!

There are those who love this pizza. And there are those who laugh at this pizza. (New Yorkers/New Jersey folks) New Jersers? New Jersians?

I was up on Long Island recently and there’s some pretty strange pizza going on there. (Pasta on pizza?? Nasty vodka sauce on everything? Really?)
So I don’t want to hear it.

Give the pickle a try. It’s strange, I know. But so are a lot of people these days.
I wouldn’t be making it for years now if people didn’t love it.
