Hello pizza pals. I’m writing you all to let you know, I’ve become bored with our menu. So I’m rewriting basically the whole thing.

4 pizzas will stay, the other five are outta here and some fresh ideas are rolling in.

We will be running potential new players as specials all week and tonight we have two!

I’m not sure on names yet so bare with me

The hot head
- Calabrian chili oil base with bits of Calabrian chili, mozzarella, pesto, house sausage and Parmesan

Not sure what to call this one
-ricotta base, mozz, bacon, shaved red onion, fresh thyme, olive oil
Pro tip - add the hot honey!

We also have a new house made wing sauce we are trying out

The sweet and sour umami bomb!
Hot honey, gochujang rice vinegar and soy sauce cooked down to a sweet and sour deliciousness.

-pre bake - olive oil, mozzarella, Udder Nonsense Creamery fromage blanc, house made pickled red onions
- post bake- fresh arugula, lemon zest, olive oil and fresh parm

This one is next level and would even be great with a little house sausage added
