did you know that tomorrow is National Donut Day?? it's funny cause most people don't really know or think about where donuts actually come from. like making sausage, some people would rather not know, but I want everyone to rest assured that at Daddy Maxwell's all of our donuts are ethically sourced. I wake up at 4am 6 days a week and head out to the donut fields to catch what I need for the day. if I catch a donut that is too small or too young I make sure to release it back into the field so that it can mature and possibly breed more donuts. sustainability is very important, we don't want to deplete the supplies for future generations. anyways, come on in and buy some donuts, you know you want to

Just wanted to say a big Thank You to everyone who came out and dined with us this weekend, it was our busiest weekend in the year and a half that we've been open!! I also want to apologize to anyone that we had to turn away today, we were expecting a huge weekend but it ended up being crazier than expected and we ran too low on supplies and had to shut down earlier than expected. my coolers may be bare right now but my heart is full of appreciation(and belly soon with beer), Thank You much!!
