The Lighting of the Frisco Trail Craft Show is an annual event held in Willard, MO coinciding with the City of Willard Christmas Parade. Proceeds from this year's vendor applications & concessions will benefit Willard Tigers Youth Baseball, an organization for Willard area baseball players ages 6 - 12.

Tomorrow is the day we have all been waiting for, REGISTRATION OPENS!!

In order to avoid scammers, if you want the registration link you must email me at
[email protected]. I will then send you the link for registration. Once you have filled out the registration form, you will receive and invoice from square within 7 days. Once your invoice is paid, your spot will be secured. If your invoice is not paid within 7 days it will be canceled and you will have to re-register. Once all spots are filled and the map is complete I will send emails to everyone with your booth location information and more details about the day of the craft show.

Registration will be done though a secure link only this year to avoid people being scammed. You will only be able to access the secure link through your email address, it will not be sent any other way and will only come from the email address [email protected]

Hello There! I'd like to formally introduce myself as the new coordinator for the Frisco Trail Craft Show. My name is Amber Carlyle, both of my sons play for the Willard Baseball Program. One as a high school sophomore and one on the 11u youth team.

I am so excited to partner with the many vendors who have made this show a success in the past. Please be patient with me this first year as I try to fill the shoes of the previous coordinators (who were nothing short of amazing). We have a date on the calendar for the show, and registration for vendors will open on August 1st. If you are a previous vendor, look for an email from me as we approach that date with a link for registration.
