Hey y'all. Windswept Ranch, Walnut Grove, Missouri is returning to the processor next week. We're taking 2 Gourmet Irish Dexter Beef. We have a ½ beef, a ¼ beef and two 50lb boxes of 90/10 ground beef remaining. The half will be approx 200lbs hanging weight @ $6.50 lb. (approx $1300 + tax). It is USDA inspected, custom processed and vacuum sealed to your specific request. Brisket, rib, loin, chuck, round... You choose what you want, steak or roast, and how thick you want it cut. Regardless how you cut it, you will get back approx 45% ground beef. We require a$400 deposit on a half beef.
The ¼ beef will be approx 100lbs hanging weight @ $7lb (approx $700 + tax). With ¼ beef, I decide how it's cut since a half can't be cut 2 different ways, but is split to equal portions after processing. I always have it cut into as many steaks as possible, plus brisket and short ribs.
We have two 50lb boxes of 90/10 ground beef. Packaged in 1.2 - 1.25 chubs and is $5lb or $250 + tax. We require $100 deposit on 50lb boxes of ground beef.
Our beef is pasture raised, grain finished, no feedlot, no hormones, no preventative antibiotics and Dexter Beef is high in Omega 3.
