Meet two new additions to the pastry case:

Our Dark Chocolate Caramel Tart with rich chocolate layered over a gooey caramel filling with a buttery speculoos crust, finished with just a touch of sea salt.

And our take on a classic French Tarte Tatin with caramelized apples baked until golden, buttery, and just the right amount of indulgent over a pastry crust.

Made from scratch at Wilkes Coffee Company and very good reasons to save room for dessert. Or have dessert first. We’re not judging.

This little guy has already claimed the Pecan Pie Iced Latte as his fall favorite! Butter pecan + salted caramel cold foam = a flavor combo irresistible to humans and raccoons.
