‼️It’s Bloomsburg Fair Week‼️

Here at Taste Our Balls we LOVE all our fairs & festivals - each has something unique about them. But the Bloomsburg Fair is extra special because it’s like coming home! It’s the fair I grew up on as is evidenced by the picture below. That’s me in the center holding my Grandpa’s hand. My Uncle Jackie is in the back, my Mom pushing the stroller. And both my brothers. The older brother is the one you will see behind my stand helping. My younger brother in the stroller who we lost 6 years ago, loved the fair too! We jokingly say he’s not looking at the camera cause he’s trying to find the sausage & pepper stand & his first Kohrs Orangeade! My Dad took this picture on our way into the fair in the late 60s. We went every year. Our parents would take us out of school early for a fun filled day at the fair! What great memories! I continued the tradition with my daughter & then 12 years ago my daughter & I got the privilege & honor of becoming a fair vendor!!! And I am happy to say that next year we get to introduce the next generation of our family to the fair as my daughter is expecting her first child in November! So I hope to see you at the fair this year making some memories with your family!
