Monster Joe's begins the journey to sauciness by staying basic (for now). So let's stay on the simple side by offering my BBQ and Buffalo Wing sauces. They are original recipes. Took 2 yrs. to perfect the BBQ recipe to my liking, and 3 1/2 yrs. for the wing recipes to find the ones I liked. So now I'm sharing, what I think are flavorful sauces for my customers to enjoy. The BBQ begins with the swe

et up front and lil' heat on the back. The HOT-BBQ has the richness and the right amount of hot that still lets in that full palate of sauce that BBQ'ers enjoy. The Buffalo Wing sauces are available in HOT and MILD and X-***ed. The HOT has the right amount of hotness, so it doesn't go overboard. The MILD has that buttery sweetness then goes into a lil' tangy heat battle. Then we have the X-***ed, which gets it's heat from roasted habernero peppers. This is the kind of sneaky hottness that you heat-seekers are looking for. I recommend you try all three.
