Hello all my clients friends and family. Sorry I’ve been MIA for the last few months. I’ve been focusing on family and living my best life while traveling. I am now trying to figure out a way to still run my business without taking up too much time from traveling. Would anybody be interested in buying prepackaged sourdough pancake mix or prepackaged cake mix I’m thinking about making a homemade pancake mix and homemade cake mix with all fresh quality ingredients looking for opinions. Back at it again💙💚🤟 I created a chipotle feta sourdough loaf this morning and now I’m working on two separate loaves. One is gonna be a regular sourdough and another one is an enriched brioche style loaf that has Chia seeds, pecans, and blueberries. Probably gonna use that for a French toast.💙

I added extra jalapeños and extra cheese. I guess the bread did not want all the extra inclusions because it had a blowout. I’ll see you in three hours to see how it taste.

I created two Chipotle, bacon and cheddar loaves. I baked one after six hours. I’m gonna bake the next one in another six hours to up to 24 hours. I wanna see if that makes any difference in the rise when it’s an inclusion loaf.
