The Bomb BBQ is a small and unique BBQ catering and food trucking business serving Wichita and the surrounding areas(Conway Springs, Wellington, Derby, Augusta, Maize, Andale, Haysville, Clearwater, Cheney, just to name a few) . Most of us are former bomb builders, hence the name; THE BOMB BBQ. We are not only BBQ, we also serve home style comfort food,Mexican, Italian, Cajun, Delicious soups and

It is with a heavy heart that we share with you that The Bomb BBQ has permanently closed.

The continued love and support from the community since the loss of our beloved veteran and leader nine months ago has been overwhelming. Since our humble beginnings, you ate with us and became friends with us and for that we will always be grateful. Denise and Tina will carry on Troy’s passion for exceptional food and service in their new venture, MOAB BBQ . They can be emailed at www.moabwichita.com. We hope you consider them for your wedding, reunion or corporate event and wish them much success in the years to come!

Troy was a proud advocate for two things: uplifting our military veterans and supporting all of the hard-working local food trucks and caterers. Show them all some love in his honor.

Tickets are going fast for our 1920s Murder Mystery Dinner, Mobsters, Murder and Mayhem! Join us from 6-10pm for an evening in the roaring 1920s as we all try to figure out whodunnit. Event is 21 and over, tickets are available online, but you must create an account due to the age restriction. You can also get tickets by calling 316-350-3323 during regular business hours. This event does usually sell out.

This event will be held in the main Visitor's Center building. Catering by The BOMB BBQ and cash bar service from Shaken or Stirred Bartending.

Coming up this Friday, August 5, 6pm-10pm it's First Fridays Under the Stars! We will have a FREE art exhibition in the Visitor's Center featuring great local artsits! Plus, admission to the museum grounds is just $6/person, Cowtown members, all military (active and retired) and their dependents, teachers and kids 4 and under get in free!
We will have Cowtown Vintage Base Ball Club starting their game at 6pm, plus the Cowtown Cowboys at 8pm, the Delano Dollies at 7:30pm and 8:30pm in Turnverein Hall, and the Piccadilly Players of Old Cowtown Museum at 7pm in Empire House! Catch a ghost tour by Wichita Paranormal Research Society (WPRS) and live music by Matthew Brown in the saloon, happening all evening long! Plus delicious food available for sale from The BOMB BBQ and adult beverages from Shaken or Stirred Bartending! Come see us in the old west!
