Eddie’s Cafe We are a Coffee Cafe whose mission is to support special needs families. We are the Pfannenstiel family. We see the ability in every person.

We are located behind the Intrust Bank on Central and Tyler in the Robin Plaza Shopping Center right next to Land Of Oz CBD We opened this Coffee Shop to not only hire those with special needs but to create a supportive environment where those families feel welcome.

We wanted to get on here and let everyone know how grateful we are for all of the support the community has given us. We went into our business pouring our hearts into it but the location was not ideal and we did not do enough research before getting into it. We are a special needs family of 6 and trying to manage being a family and owning a coffee shop full time was not something we could keep up.

We wanted to also let you know that our mission for Eddie’s is not done yet. So please continue to follow us and stay tuned for more updates coming soon.

We hope you enjoy our last weekend open at the cafe! Come see us!

We also are going to have to sell everything in the cafe, so if you or anyone is interested in anything come on by and see our sell list to write down your information if you are interested in purchasing anything from the cafe. This will also include our asking price and a place for you to make a silent bid on anything.
