Another holiday season is coming. As a business owner, I know how hard it is right now. Today , I went on a business trip to the East. As the weather is cold, I wanted to eat something hot. I dropped in Promise Thai Cuisine. When I walked in, the lights were off. There was not a single customer in sight. However, I realized there was an old man who is about 70 years old sitting in the dark corner. He is very polite and friendly. It breaks my heart to see a huge investment of money and effort that ending up not getting recognized by other peoples. I order a dish, and I was really amazed when I tried it. Wow! How can a Thai restaurant can cook a Pho Noodle Soup like a Viet restaurant. His Pho is very delicious, and the broth is very flavorful. I think everyone should come and give his restaurant a try. His dedication, work ethic, and creativity will lead to a good result. Therefore, we should help him have a very happy holiday. At the end, I tipped him $100 not because I’m rich, but for I understood and empathized with the difficulty that he had been facing . The sweetest little old man & his wife run it. They need our support & the food is delicious. 🙏🏻
