Wichita BBQ Store held a rib class instructed by Munny's Stove tonight.

Tonight I shared trimming technique, injection, and cook timeline to make a perfect spare rib.

The attendees were awesome and my favorite part was hearing what meat they liked to smoke at home, what pits they use, then also what they struggle with the most. Wichita BBQ Store will provide classes and help Wichita folks that want to learn or improve in hard bbq areas.

The best BBQ tools were used made by Butcher BBQ line. Furthermore, David Bauska's phosphate, injection, and rub line set the flavor to perfection.

Man Meat BBQ products were showcased with Tangy Tennessee this evening.

Another superstar product Razorracks BBQ ALL DAY rub gourmet garlic took it to another level. Drew Davis should be proud of his line of BBQ products.

Finally, Chicken Fried BBQ Sweet Rib Grind took the flavor home.

The The Kansas City Barbeque Society World Series of Barbeque competition is a wrap. We were blessed to be able to cook in the Invitational and Open contest plus dessert category. After a cold weekend of survival we were able to hear our name for the first time and bring home one of those cherished awards. It's a step in the right direction for our journey. Congrats Adelle on a hard earned walk in front of the big stage.

Smokin' on the Route Miami Oklahoma, Kansas City Barbeque Society Master's contest was a successful trip. It was great times with friends across the states.

**A Championship to remember for Munny's Stove**

Dodge City Days Smokin' Saddles KCBS Double Header was one of the nicest events hands down. Joni Wittman and staff really ran a hospitable event. If you haven't been to Dodge City Days i encourage all to compete and attend. Good memories made this weekend seeing Meat Candy Q , spending time with Bull in the Ring BBQ Sam and Whitney, BrewsCue Competition BBQ and Catering Michael, Nun, and Finn and more.

Day 1:

Chicken: 4th place Butcher BBQ products💥💥

Ribs: 2nd place Joshua DeWitt JDQ Products changed my rib game!!🔥🔥**Munny Bee sauce**

Pork: 9th Razorracks BBQ ALL DAY baby!! +Munny Bee sauce**

Brisket: 1st place!!! Butcher BBQ!

Overall: Grand Champions with the 1st place win with a 706 score!

I want to congratulate my great friends Meat Candy Q, Dave and Shirin all the way from California on your Reserve Grand Championship. It was an honor to share a championship with you both again!

Also a huge congrats to my bud Mike Stremmel from Too Sauced Competition BBQ on your backyard grand championship!

Munny's Stove competed for the first time at Smokin on the Osage BBQ Contest The Kansas City Barbeque Society double header. A shoutout to the Simpsons for running a tight ship and the KCBS reps present.

Classic NES Castlevania and good drinks and friends led to a great weekend.

Day 1 results:

Chicken- 1st 🐔
Ribs- 9th 🍖 JDQ BBQ
Pork- 10th 🐷 JDQ BBQ
Brisket- 21st
Bloody Mary: 2nd (i call it a Munny Mary!)
Dessert: 2nd 🍨
Overall: 5th in a very tough field

Day 2:

Chicken: 5th
Ribs: 23rd
Pork: 2nd
Brisket: 7th
Overall: 5th with a 700+ score!!

I had great neighbors, Whenpigsdie : Mike, Steve, Nancy, and Lisa that fueled me with Modelo and Hamm's beer the whole way. Big D's bbq family, and Dustin Crane / team Dr. Smoke.

Razorracks BBQ rubs have elevated my cook. I can't thank Drew Davis enough for giving me a shot.

Butcher BBQ David Bouska has set me up for success. The products make the result possible.

We are home from the The Kansas City Barbeque Society World Invitational, Lebanon Tennessee. Highlights from the weekend: perfect score in Dessert category Saturday (180.0) for 3rd overall. Good work Dell Munny!

Sunday we took 22nd overall out of 70 Champion Master teams.

We are back from Iola KS, Tom Brigham Memorial Smoking Hot Cars & BBQ Master's Event. The Iola Rotary Club does an amazing job.

Munny's Stove results:

Ribs: 20th 😤 167

Pork: 2nd with a 180!

Brisket: 13th 173 Butcher BBQ Prime Beef injection

Overall 6th place with a 700 score!
