I’ve missed the sweet smells, warm ovens, and all of YOU more than you know. Even though the bakery doors are closed, I’ve been busy behind the scenes working on something close to my heart — and I’m finally almost ready to share it.

Dear Friends and Sweet Supporters,

After a lot of reflection, I’ve made the bittersweet decision to close Simply Baked By Victoria. This has been one of the most joyful and meaningful chapters of my life, and I’m so grateful for every single one of you who made it possible.

As many of you know, I’ve always worn a few hats—baker, teacher, mom—and now it’s time for me to focus more fully on my family, my students, and my health. This wasn’t an easy decision, but it’s the right one for this season of life.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your love, support, and for letting me be part of your celebrations and everyday moments. Baking for you has been such a gift, and your encouragement over the years has meant more than I can say.
