Good afternoon to my Appetite fam! I want to take a moment and be very transparent! For the time being my focus will be catering and doing pop up events! Sometime you have a great idea but not every time does it go to plan. But here's the thing give up is not and will not ever be a option! 4 years ago as I spent 60+ days in the hospital ( ironically today was the day 4 years ago i finally got to go home) I never thought id be able to open a restaurant let along live my regular life again. And by the grace of God I have! So ever day I was blessed to sale my food to the community has been like living in a dream! And all I can do is truly thank all of you guys for playing 1 of the biggest parts and the motivation to keep going!

Where do we go from here?
Number 1 catering will be the main focus ! Until God shows me whats my next step!! I can do almost any cuisine, but will specialize in homestyle/soul food and breakfast catering the most!

I truly thank each and everyone of you for being part of my journey in craving The Appetite legacy! Just know every share, follow, comment and likes have never went unnoticed! You guys really pumped me up!!

Good afternoon!! Wanted to take a min and decide Sundays 3s meal! Oxtail will be seasoned well and slowly cooked! Pasta sauce will be the most tasty demi- glace sauce you ever had! Bell peppers and onions will be sautéed and added to the pasta too 😋!! Side salad and cheesy garlic bread will bring this meal together perfectly! This sunday 8/9/26 meal is going to be so amazing!!!
The stuffed porkchops and chicken will be filled with my homemade dressing, seasoned to perfection, deep fried and smothered with some flavorful gravy! Garlic butter mashed potatoes with so more of that beautifully made gravy. The green beans could be a full meal by itself with the flavor 😋 . Mac & and cheese will be cheesey and flavor aswell!
