So a bunch of you got invited to this page. So, what's the deal? First and foremost, we believe in Jesus Christ and try to honor him in everything we do. I have been blessed by the enduring grace and never-ending love of God more than I deserve. The youngest coffee lover in my family, sophie happens to have the middle name grace, so the name honors both God and her. We believe in acting in love and kindness, compassion, and love. showing God's grace through all things, even sharing good coffee.
For now, this is a hobby/ learning the craft of small batch coffee roasting. I love all things coffee and all the methods of preparations, the history, art, and science, as well as the togetherness this brings and just enjoying the flavors and delicious goodness of this drink.
We try to source freshly harvested coffee beans from ethical fair trade farms and distributors. I will be giving away small 2 oz samples on a first come, first serve basis when available. These samples will mostly be of our signature high caffinated blend called GoGo juice. We will also try to roast some of our favorite specialty and try new origins and producers or distributors. If there is something you want specifically, let know, and I'll try to source it and see if it makes sense. The $? For now, samples are free to do some research and development. This is not your Foldgers and is not cheap. My lowest cost of green coffee is $5-$6 a lb, and the average for some of the more specialty coffees can be over $10 for green, and it's going up as we speak I'm not sure how to price it as I am not a professional, and I'm not roasting on a professional machine. I'm roasting on a mid level home roaster and can only roast 8 oz - 1lb at a time. But I've been getting some decent results that I think are worthy of sharing. We will just see where this goes. Share some coffee and kindness with others.
God bless
