About 95% of our business consists of catering luncheons to our very regular business clients. We absolutely would not be here without them.

Occasionally however we do get the opportunity to cater a personal event, like the wedding dinner of Russell & Lori Gann last Saturday.

Such an amazing couple and a great crowd of guests. Smoked chicken, brisket, baked Mac & cheese, sautéed green beans, and our house made buttermilk cornbread.

We had the privilege of catering the Sedgwick County Township meeting for lunch today. When they reached out, they asked if we have any options for those of their guests observing lent.

Why yes, we most certainly do! Brisket, pulled pork, baked Mac & cheese, and sautéed green beans for those not in need of this option. Smoked salmon filets, mashed potatoes, and sautéed green beans for the 50 people who did!

Today we catered burgers and smoked BBQ beans for one of our valued business clients. This was a 7 oz patty (more than 1/3 lb!), placed on the smoker to get that good oak flavor flowing thru.

After adding cheese to melt and placing it on a toasted brioche bun with some thinly sliced red onion, jalapeños, and some of our house made bbq sauce, it was amazing!

We had a blast catering the bridal shower/rehearsal dinner/wedding dinner for Alexus and Jacob Toczynski! And so much more fun when the bride is your niece! We promise, grandson Santiago was NOT involved with any of the meal prep.

This was a bundled package where we catered a French toast brunch for the shower, Italian for the rehearsal dinner, and a taco bar for the wedding.
