No event comes together without good people behind the scenes. A big thank you to Making Memories China Rental for providing the glassware for our Rotary Passing of the Gavel Dinner. Everything looked great, and we appreciate working with another local business that takes pride in what they do. Looking forward to our next collaboration!!

One dinner. Hundreds of details.

Monday night we had the privilege of catering the Rotary Club of Wichita Passing of the Gavel Dinner at Exploration Place.

From slicing slow-roasted prime rib…to building fresh salads…to making sure every table was ready before the first guest walked through the doors…it’s never just about serving dinner.

It’s about creating an evening people remember. Not to mention those chocolate covered strawberries….🍓!!

Thank you to Wichita Rotary for trusting Mi Sueño with another special event. It was an honor to be part of your celebration, and congratulations to your incoming leadership.

Now…on to the next kitchen.

🤠 What a night at Cowboys & Cocktails.

For one evening, Old Cowtown Museum came alive with food, music, cocktails, and a little Wild West magic.

Guests wandered from building to building discovering everything from our High Noon Nacho Bar and Prairie Chicken Skewers to a Frontier Grazing Table loaded with meats, cheeses, fruits, and western-inspired bites.

Then the Kansas weather decided to remind us who’s really in charge. 🌧️

Even when the rain 🌧️ arrived, people gathered inside the historic buildings, shared stories, enjoyed the food, the drinks 🥤 the music 🎼 and made the most of the evening together.

Thank you to Historic Cowtown, the volunteers who stepped in when needed, and every guest who came out to support this special event.

Sometimes the best memories are the ones you never planned.
