Harvest is more than a restaurant. We are a co-op of the community.

Our table is built by many hands. Local producers grow and raise the ingredients we use, our vendors help supply those ingredients to us, and our chefs turn them into dishes that feel familiar while adding their own touch.

But it goes beyond the food. Harvest was created to be a place where our community can come together, slow down, share a meal, and feel at home.

Every person who grows something, makes something, cooks something, serves something, or simply pulls up a chair is part of what makes Harvest what it is.

We are building Harvest with our community, for our community. And we are grateful to have all of you along for the journey.

Being good stewards of the land means respecting what it gives us, taking care of what has been entrusted to us, and making thoughtful choices that help preserve it for the future.

Vendor highlight! 🌱

We are honored to have Cowpoke Coffee Co. as one of our local vendors helping bring Harvest to life.

Based in Whiteface, Texas, Cowpoke Coffee was founded by brothers Caleb, 16, and Eli, 14, who turned their love for the Western way of life into a specialty coffee roasting business. Their coffee is roasted right on Patterson Ranch in a converted bunkhouse, where old-school methods, hard work, and plenty of grit go into every batch.

What we love most about Cowpoke Coffee is the story behind it. Caleb and Eli built their business around the mornings they grew up knowing best: cowboys gathering around a big breakfast, sharing stories, and enjoying a good cup of coffee. Their passion for quality is matched by their passion for giving back, with a portion of their earnings supporting local outreach and mission projects.

At Harvest, we believe great food starts with great people. We are incredibly grateful to work with young entrepreneurs like Caleb and Eli who are committed to their craft, their community, and the traditions that make Texas special.

We cannot wait for you to enjoy Cowpoke Coffee Co. at Harvest!

We are incredibly grateful to have Matka Kolache as one of our amazing local vendors. Known for her delicious traditional Czech kolaches, sourdough, and so much more!

If you have not had the chance to try her baked goods, consider this your sign. Everything she creates is made with incredible attention to detail, fresh ingredients, and a genuine love for what she does. One bite is all it takes to understand why her creations have become a favorite in our community.
