That’s it. No context. No explanation. Just IT’S OVER in buttercream. 😭😂

Now the entire bakery is emotionally invested in a situation we know absolutely nothing about.

Anyone else as nosy as I am about the drama?! 🍿👀

Team member(confused but kindly put): “yes ma’am, I believe they do, the main ingredient is coffee.”

Customer(very earnestly): “awe okay. Just not a huge fan of coffee flavor”

Team member: *state of confusion*

Sometimes you can do everything you can to help someone, remain kind, stay professional, and genuinely try to find a solution—and still spend nearly 30 minutes on the phone getting absolutely RIPPED into. 😅

We absolutely believe in making things right!! Seriously—we do! ❤️

But asking a business for a refund or replacement with no receipt, no proof of purchase, and no way for us to even verify the transaction puts us in a pretty impossible position. Unfortunately, “trust me, I bought it” has not yet been approved by our accounting department as an official proof of purchase. 😂

And sometimes, after being spoken to harshly for that long… it gets to you. Apparently, “manager” does not come with an emotional-support helmet. 😂

So I made this video. Not to attack anyone. Not to start drama. Just to share a very real (and slightly exhausting 😅) side of being a manager and working with the public that people don’t always see.

Please remember there’s a real human being on the other end of the phone. We WANT to help you. Kindness and understanding can go a really long way. ❤️

And receipts. Receipts also go a really long way. 😂
