Today didn’t go as expected! We tried to tweak the recipe to push us into the podium and after tasting we decided it was way too salty. We decided we would rather sauce the crawfish with our sweet heat to take the saltiness away and it didn’t pan out in our favor. We had a blast and got to have some awesome conversations with a bunch of great folks! We did end up selling most of our sauce and got a bunch or really great feedback from it! Looking forward to the next one going back to our original recipe! Congratulations to all the teams today you all killed it!
