· 10 TVS (*Do a Movie or Watch Party Night)

· High Chairs (4) and Booster seats (2)

First Hour $300.00 (Additional hours $120.00 each) (minimal of 4 hours)

Includes;

· All Chairs & Tables for up to 120 guest (With Reset of layout for your event)

· Use of the entire building 4800sqft, with covered patio

· Clean-up

Additional Add on;

· Bartender $10 per Hour

· Servers $8 Per Hour

· Food Service, Soda Station, and Coffee Tea Service: Our Chef will sit down with you to design what meal is best for your event and budget. (The quote will include the chef and culinary team, cutlery, glasses, and tableware.) *Coffee/Tea & Soda Service $2.50 per person, unlimited refills

· Bar Service, Our Bar Manager will sit down with you to design the perfect bar menu for your event and budget (The quote will include you glassware, garnishes, and alcohol)

There will be a gratuity of %15 (not to include the Hourly Fees)

· 25% Deposit Required at booking

· 25% due 5 days prior to event.

· Balance to be paid at arrival of event.
