Last Weekend at Fox Hill ✨

Saturday night we kept things bold with our Prime New York Strip served over a three-cheese mushroom barley risotto with spinach and black truffle essence, finished with a garlic red wine jus.

Then Sunday brunch brought the flavor with grilled Black Angus beef tenderloin skewers, flattop potatoes, caramelized peppers & onions, spinach, and beer cheese fondue.
